Sojne phool posto has become a very rare recipe now a days. Drumstick flower is what you call sojne phool in English. Not many people of our generation are aware about this drumstick flower Bengali recipe.
Today one of my friends told me about this one. I am always fond of this kind of offbeat preparations but have never tasted anything with drumstick or moringa flowers before. And to my surprise, I found this ingredient today only 🙂
Every morning after boarding my kid to the school bus, I go for a walk and sometimes go out to look for if any different type of vegetable is available that day. One vegetable vendor comes in front of my housing with very less yet rare varieties of veggies. Today he was selling these flowers in small packets (10 rupees each). I was aware about the drumstick flower benefits and was really happy to find them.
So let me share this simple sojne phool posto recipe that I tried out at my kitchen.
