How to make Singara ::
First mix flour & ghee in a bowl properly.
Make a dough with flour,salt,ghee,sugar & baking powder.
Now in a pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and fry for 1-2 min.
Add chopped vegitables and salt.
Fry the vegitables properly and then add all the spices.
Add fried peanuts to that mixture.
Now make small balls from the flour dough.
Give each ball a cone shape, like typical samosa.
Add vegitable mix as filling and close the cone.
This way prepare all the samosas.
Now heat enough oil for deep frying.
Add the samosas one by one and fry them carefully.
Wait for the color to change.
The exact color will come for adding ghee in the dough only.
Serve hot with chutney…
