Boneless chicken (Make small small pieces)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp black paper
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp corn flower
Salt to taste
Pinch of sugar
Oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp baking powder
Bread crumbs (Optional)
How to make Paper Chicken Fry
In a bowl, take all the sauces, spices, salt, sugar etc.
Make a thick paste by adding corn flour.
Marinate the chicken pieces properly.
Now in a plate just place each chicken piece one by one separately.
Keep them in such position for overnight in refrigerator.
Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
By the time prepare a corn flour mixture with salt, sugar, baking powder.
You can add bread crubs as well to give a crispy surface.
Now take piece by piece chicken and dip into that corn flour mixture.
And put into hot oil to fry.
Keep the flame medium and fry chicken pieces slowly, as they has to cook as well while frying.
Fry them till the color changes.
Soak the chicken pieces in a tissue paper to remove oil.
Serve them hot with chutney or sauce, whatever way you want them.
