Paneer Bread Parathas

Paneer & Bread mix Parathas

100 gm paneer
1 tbsp corn flour
3-4 bread pieces
2 green chili finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 piece lemon juice
1/2 tsp ghee
salt to taste
Little sugar

How to make paratha 

First of all soak bread pieces in water
Then remove them from water & squeeze water.
Now in a bowl add all the spices & soaked bread.
Grate the paneer & add to that mixture.
Mix them all together & make a dough.
If required add water to make a dough.

You can add onion paste & chopped coriander leaves also.
Anyway, from the dough make small balls.
Shape the parathas & shallow fry them with little oil.
Fry till the color changes to brown in both sides.
As bread slices are mixed in this recipe, this might absorbe more oil while frying them. So its better to soak the parathas in a paper to extract oil before serving.

Serve hot with chutney.
