Egg Masala (Spicy Egg pieces covered with onion masala)

Egg masala is a simple fatafat recipe. You can prepare this simple dish in case any guest comes all of a sudden. Even you can serve this recipe as a starter dish as well.

Let’s prepare this recipe within 15 min of time.

Ingredients : 
4 eggs (Boil them and remove cover)
1 big onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 green chili slit
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil

Preparation :

First of all boil the eggs and remove the cover.
Now cut each egg in 2 pieces.
Carefully marinate the egg pieces with turmeric powder & salt.

Then heat oil in a pan.
Add egg pieces one by one.
Need to fry both sides of egg pieces. Be careful  otherwise egg yolk might come out.
After frying slowly drain  the egg pieces form the pan and keep them aside.

Next add bay leaf to the hot oil (You can use remaining oil after frying the egg pieces)
Add onions, green chilis, salt and fry them till color changes.
Add tomato pieces then and mix them.
Now in  high flame stir the mixture so that water extracted from tomato can evaporate and by the time 

tomatoes also get fried properly.
Now add all the spices one by one, keep the flame medium.
Mix them properly and add 1/2 cup water in it. Stir the mixture.
Now add fried egg pieces one by one and cover the pan for next 4-5 min to cook in a low flame.
Finally add garam masala powder and dry the remaining water(if any).

Spicy Egg masala (Egg pieces covered with spices) is ready. Have them with rice or you can grab one piece in mouth immediately to feel the taste.
