How to make Egg Masala Biriyani
First of all wash the basmati rice and keep them in the water for 20-30 min.
This way basmati rice will increase in size. And while boiling they ll achieve their maximum size.
Now boil the eggs and after that create some cut marks in the egg body white part.
Marinate the boiled eggs with salt & turmeric powder.
Now fry the eggs and keep them aside.
Now heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and green chilis and fry them till the color turns brown.
Now add chopped tomato, capsicum, potato cubes and fry for next 2-3 min in medium flame.
Now add all the spices and salt. Mix them well.
Now add washed basmati rice into the pan.
Add little more salt and sugar.
mix them properly and add lots og ghee.
Finally you can add the fried eggs. Here I have cut the eggs and then mixed in the rice mixture, so that the egg flavor can mix up in the biriyani. Add enough water and cover the lid.
Cook for next 20 min. Everything will cook together.
Check the rice, if it looks soft then stop cooking further. Give a gentle stir to the biriyani.
Serve hot with onions and raita.
Like dum biriyani, you can add pudina leaf & coriander leaf also.
Add you ingredients and make this one at home.
Lovely & tasty dish….My family enjoyed a lot.
