Bread Pakora (Spicy potato stuffed in deep fried bread slices)

A simple snack recipe, which I love the most. Bread pakora is another easy 2 make snack recipe which is available every nook and corner of Bengal. You can make this recipe in 10 minute and serve your guest.
Bread slices. Better to choose a hard & firm slice
1 cup besan
1 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For stuffing
2 big potatoes boiled
1 green chili finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp sabzee or vegetable masala
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
First of all make cube of boiled potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, green chilli in that.
Fry the onions till golden brown.
Then add sabzee masala to it.
Add potato pieces and add little salt as well.
Now stir all of them regularly.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and make dough of potato.
Now cut bread pieces diagonally, like a triangle.
Put little potato mixture in 2 slices
These ways make all the bread pieces.
Now make a thick batter with besan, flour, baking powder, salt & sugar.
Also add green chilli and mix it in that by hand.
Now take one stuffed bread piece and dip into batter and put in pan.
Fry them carefully one by one till colour changes.
Serve bread pakoras hot with chutney & chopped onion.
