I am a big fan of the Bengali Chanar Dalna Recipe. Just love the feeling of the soft and paneer cubes from the gravy melting in the mouth. Dalna is a very common and most prepared recipe in any Bengali kitchen. I have learned this recipe from my mother. She prepares this at its best. Although I am able to get some reputation at my home with this recipe, but I know I miss the flavor of the one my mom prepares. Anyway same feedback I received from my family also, after all I am the mom there… 🙂

I have prepared the recipe with potato & parwal. You can skip adding parwal if you are unable to get it easily. The taste will be more or less same only.
